First Acquisition: 90,000 Acres of Lithium Mining

We're excited to announce our first acquisition: Project Black Giant.

We just acquired 100% of a Chile-based lithium resource, including 90,000 acres of mining concessions.

The total potential inferred resource is in the range of 2.6 to 5.5 million metric tons (MMt) supporting a 40,000 metric tons per annum lithium plant.

Multiple surface samples collected indicate good lithium concentration topping over 400 mg/L.
